eFax is an innovative solution, which allows for efficient fax operation through the computer keyboard at any location where the Client can access the Internet. eFax is a new and convenient work tool, which ensures security and privacy of the fax correspondence and guarantees reduced costs connected therewith. The service allows for sending and receiving fax correspondence through the application of the functional and easy to use www panel. Moreover, eFax allows for efficient fax management, easy to use in order to supervise the fax distribution and to maintain the archives of previous electronic correspondence.
eFax is the service addressed to businesses which send and receive huge volume of faxes and wish to be able to send them from any place without the necessity to use a traditional fax machine.
Manner of the service provision or how eFax works
The service enables the transfer and receipt of fax messages thanks to the application of the flexible and functional www administration panel and via respectively configured e-mail account, where the user manages his fax correspondence.
www panel allows each user to:
- create his own address book, where contact data can be recorded
- download files to be applied at sending the faxes
- send faxes with text, pictures or documents attached in the form of attachments
- read the received faxes kept in 'My faxes' tab.
- electronic archiving of the fax correspondence
- automatic receipt of confirmation that the message has been sent successfully or automatic receipt of the information that the fax message has failed to be sent
- preparation of reports and control over fax distribution
- main fax page setup, the so-called Fax cover
- change the fax ID visible on the fax at the recipient
- download contact database from csv file to a defined group
