Born in 1970.

From September 2007 to January 2008 he held the position of the President of the Management Board of MediaTel SA [joint stock]. Between 2006 and 2007 he worked for Premium Internet - a company making up Netia S.A. Group, where he worked as a telecommunications consultant in the field of wholesale of voice services. Between 2001 and 2006 he worked at the position of the Operator Interconnection Officer in Energis Polska. Between 1996 and 2001 he was employed in Lucent Technologies at the following positions: Design Engineer, Sales Support Engineer and Sales Manager. He started his professional career in Vectra Cable TV at the position of a Network Design Engineer (1995-1996). A graduate of Gdynia Maritime University, obtained his Engineering Master Diploma in Maritime Electronics and Telecommunications in 1995.
