Therefore, we apply a number of methods and tools to verify the skills, qualifications and capacities of the candidates in the recruitment process.

The following are the stages of the candidate selection process:

All the received personal documents are reviewed by the HR Department on regular basis. If the qualifications, experience and interests of a given candidate are convergent with our recruitment expectations, you will be invited for an interview.
  • tests to verify professional knowledge
  • two-stage interview conducted by a representative of the HR Department and the prospective superior
