On 30 May 2009 Mediatel S.A. (Mediatel Group) concluded an acquisition agreement with Indian Orchard Capital LLC, an American company, for the acquisition of 100% of shares in Velvet Telecom LLC. For the acquisition of shares in Velvet Telecom Mediatel shall pay 2.315 million USD, payable in installments by the end of 2009 and shall issue 275,000 shares of the value of 1 million USD for the Seller. The issue price of one share was set to be 12 PLN.

Mediatel S.A. - telecommunications operator listed at Warsaw Stock Exchange recorded another successful quarter of the year. Income on sales was 55.3 million PLN and EBIDTA reached 5.025 million PLN. As compared to the results of the 1st quarter of 2008 the company recorded increase in the income reaching 108% and EBIDTA increased by over 1300%.

Mediatel 4B Sp. z o.o. , a company of Mediatel S.A. Capital Group (Mediatel Group), concluded with BRE Bank S.A. a contract for the provision of telecommunications services for BRE Bank call centre in Lodz. Value of the contract is estimated to be 1,000,000 PLN. Execution of the contract is for Mediatel Group another step forward in their way to strengthen its position on the market of services provided to corporate clients.

Mediatel Capital Group, in the 4th quarter of 2008, generated income of 63,883,000 PLN, which was the best financial result in the entire history of the Group, while the 4th quarter of 2008 was another quarter when the increase in the income continued. EBIDTA in the same period was 4,579,000 PLN.
