On 14 January 2009 Mediatel S.A. concluded a settlement agreement with Telekomunikacja Polska S.A., the settlement agreement specified how the previous court and out of court disputes arising under the operator innterconnection services should be resolved.

Companies of Mediatel Group - Mediatel S.A. and Mediatel 4B sp. z o.o. - were awarded the tender in two tender calls. As a result they gained new, key clients: Polish Financial Supervision Committee (KNF) and Polish Press Agency (PAP).

Mediatel Capital Group, in the 3rd quarter of 2008, generated 50,741,000 PLN income, this being the best financial result in the company history and 6 consecutive quarter when the increase in the income continued. As compared to the 3rd quarter of 2007, when the company reached income of about 14,662,000 PLN, the increase in the income was over 346%.

Mediatel Capital Group, in the 2nd quarter of 2008, generated income of 35,446,400 PLN, i.e. the best financial result in the company history. As compared to the 2nd quarter of 2007, when the company reached income of about 9,711,000 PLN, the increase in the income was over 265%.

Telecommunications operator MediaTel S.A. starts the provision of mobile telephony services as MVNO. The pre-paid services comprised in the offering are mainly addressed to ethnic groups and foreigners planning a long term stay in Poland as well as other persons making a number of international phone calls.
