Born in 1977.

 

Between 1996 and 1999 he studied Marketing and Management at the Main School of Commerce in Warsaw. For 12 years now he has been involved in the field of the telecommunications market. During the first stage of his professional career he worked for several renowned telecommunications companies in Poland, e.g. for PTK Centertel Orange Network Operator (1996-1998), Tel-Energo (1998-2000), and then for Netia S.A. [joint stock] (2000-2004). In 2005 he gave up working for corporations to run a private investment business in the telecommunications market. He was involved in the purchase of the equity of Premium Internet S.A [joint stock], he was elected Member of the Supervisory Board of the company and holding this position he carried out the restructuring process thereof. Next, between 2005 and 2006 he served as a Member of the Management Board. In August 2007, via Rasting Limited, he invested funds in Mediatel SA [joint stock]. Until July 2010 he held the position of the Member of the Management Board of Mediatel SA [joint stock] and President of the Management Board of Narodowy Fundusz Inwestycyjny Magna Polonia S.A.

 

Mirosław Janisiewicz is the President of the Management Board of Rasting Advisors Sp. z o.o. [ltd.] but he also runs his own business enterprise.
