Born in 1981, graduated from Warsaw School of Economics (at the Banking and Finance Department) and with honors from Law and Administration Department at Warsaw University. Studied among others at the universities in Bonn and Manchester. Since 2010 he practices as an advocate. Presently he is a doctoral student at the Law and Administration Department at Warsaw University.

He gained his experience in the field of law in international law firms and IT companies. Marcin Łolik is also an author of academic works in the field of private law.

Marcin Łolik is in no way related with any other shareholders of Mediatel SA holding shares which represent at least 5% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders.
