Born in 1975.

 

Edyta Słomska is a graduate of the Department of Law and Administration at Warsaw University. She also completed post-graduate studies at the Main School of Commerce in Warsaw in the field of finance and economic and legal European relations.

She started her professional career in the lawyers’ office „Wardyński i Wspólnicy”, next between 2000 - 2006 she worked as a lawyer for the lawyers’ office „Drzewiecki, Tomaszek i Wspólnicy” in Warsaw.

 

She has been involved into the telecommunications market since 2006 when she got involved in the reorganization of Elterix S.A., followed by the establishment of the capital group Elterix. In the years from 2006 to 2009 she held managerial positions in the companies forming Elterix group, among others in Elterix S.A. and Telegate Polska Sp. z o.o.

 

Since 2008 she has been with Mediatel capital group, where she supervised the legal aspects of the merger of Elterix group with Mediatel S.A. as well as the acquisition processes in Mediatel S.A. She has worked here as the head of the Legal Department.
